We travel all across the state of New Jersey and are able to accommodate out of state weddings(NYC, NY State, PA ad CT) upon request, pending artists availability and ability to travel to the location you are in need of. We provide bridal hair and/or make-up on location and require a 5 person minimum That means 5 for hair and 5 for make-up.

Hi! I’m Michelle and here is a little bit about me and my business!
What started out as a side hustle to subsidize my NYC lifestyle while I was a college student studying Journalism ended as a customized career of my dreams.
At a young age, I nourished, grew and devoted 110 percent to my business to make it what it is today – as a mother of 3, I truly feel that I have it all! A career that I am still madly in love with after two decades and the ability to always be there for my family.
I was always great with hair – my parents were both hairdressers and my father wondered and operated a successful salon in Bergen County Nj for 40 years. I knew how to perfectly place Bobby pins and use a fancy curling iron long before I was old enough to drive a car. My entrepreneurial spirit could never be tamed and even at the young age of 14 years old, I was at my dad’s salon sweeping floors and studying the work of his employees. I absolutely loved the industry but Also wanted to pursue other interests and attend college. I graduated magma cum laude from St Johns University with minors in theater and advertising.
I worked for 8 years as a copywriter before taking the leap of faith and opening my own salon! My first salon was in Nutley NJ (Pink Comb Salon) where I spent 6 glorious years. In 2013 I relocated and downsized my business to Westfield, NJ with the intention of growing my family without sacrificing my career, and that I did. I owe so much of my success to my grit, sacrifice, and dedication to my business. I treated my business from day one like a baby. I also owe so much of my success to my family (both the one I was born into and the one I have created) for their undying, love, support, and encouragement!
My training is vast and bountiful I attended beauty school at Christine Valmy in Montville, NJ, and hold my NJ Cosmetology License. I’ve trained in NYC and San Francisco, all over NJ, at hair shows, on YouTube as well as Instagram tutorials … I’ve attended bridal makeup workshops with companies such as Temptu, Mac Cosmetics, and Kett Cosmetics both in-person and online. In 2014 I started working at a training facility where I taught 8-hour bridal hair workshops that I custom-created to both budding students and seasoned professionals in Linden NJ. I have always said that my best experience has been on the job. Learning how to interact with a client and navigate different hair types and textures cannot be taught thru a textbook or in a class.
I reside in Scotch Plains NJ with my amazing husband and three beautiful daughters. When I am not doing trials or at your wedding, Friday thru Sunday I am taking my girls to their activities, hanging with my family (of which whom are all my best friends!) gardening (I mow my own lawn!) working out ( I’m big on Yoga and I for cycling and making sure I get in at least 10k steps a day !) or cooking something delicious at home (I love to cook!)
My husband and I absolutely enjoy every second of raising our daughters and we try to pack in as much fun as possible every minute we can. Every day is a new adventure for our family. We love vacationing in Key West Florida, day trips to the Jersey Shore, and sometimes just getting in the car and driving to go explore a new area!
